New Year, New Day

277. It's huge. That's how much the heart of an average sperm whale weighs. It is also the weight of a Honda XR650R. Most importantly, that is the size of the dance master for Charlotte's Web.

Seeing a steady weight gain over the last three years, and a coffin that would soon resemble more a grand piano, it has been decided that I am going to lose 10 lbs. That would put me down to 267, which is the weight of paper that is recycled anually by a person.

It has been a bit trying, as with my caloric intake decreasing, I have become tired more rapidly. Last evening I worked the trifecta and I was ready to sleep at 10:00. It was a strange sensation. Luckily I decided to call my mother for her birthday, and that conversation pushed on to almost 11:00. It was a comfort and a joy to talk with her.

I also recieved a call from Ann Veasy about working the house for another Village production. I checked with Milks and we called Ann back, but she was full for working the house. So much for another free show. Although, if this is as "good" as Murder in Green Meadows, I'm really not all that choked up.

Working on Charlotte's Web this evening, and watching my intake. Should be a good day. Hope yours is too!
