Maybee I will, maybe I wont...

I'm here again.

This isn't funny.

I'm filling in for one of the girls while she's out on sick leave. Just today and tomorrow, and the next two Saturdays. It sucks, because I'm not getting the overtime pay that comes with the work. They're making me take a regularly scheduled day and sit at home. But...

I do get $20 per round trip to this bank. So after 5 trips, $100 isn't to bad.

I'm also tired of seeing all of her family pictures, so I'm making copies of our pictures from various web sites.

It's so boring here. Almost like at our branch.

Sometimes you just want to pull your hair out. But I'm managing...

Here's to lunch at 11:30!

What the hell is wrong with me?

I just totally wrote a nasty little comment on my friends blog. It was not nice. I don't know what came over me, I just read his story and posted. It was not good.

Dear The Barry,

I am sorry.

Sincerely,
Kngsly

I think the UPS guy is gay...

For real, the highlight of the morning was our little UPS guy Dennis delivering a case of paper. Other than that, a s...l..o...w... news day.

Last night I returned the movies from the library I borrowed and took that Farly ninja movie with me. It's so dumb. But the whole reason that I got it was for the part where he and Chris Rock climb up the palm tree and the Jungle Nights song plays. It's one of my favorite parts of a movie. It's just a great song.

In other news, money is not rolling in. Bills are due on Friday. I can pay either one or another. But which one? I'm thinking the cell phone first. Then the auto insurance. But I might change my mind.

Big party this weekend. Can't tell you where yet, but it's going to be great. I'm very excited and so is the wife.

Tonight after work I'm going to be grilling outside with one of the guys I hang out with. We have teams that rotate cooking for the families that want to come to church for a meal. Tonight we're cooking burgers and hot dogs. And they're going to be on the grill, not boiled hot dogs. Mmm...delicious.

I got an e-mail from Georgie Bukatinsky. She sent me a picture of the four of us who made our own Buffalo NY group. I had to crop it because it's a huge picture. I'm the blue one, Georgie is the squinter, the saucy looking fellow in the middle is Jerry, and Vicki is getting ready for a romantic interlude with someone as shown from her choice of formal (or rather informal) wear.

What an awesome group of people. They're so much fun. I think we might even run into someo of them when we go to the party this weekend, which is always a good thing.

Ok, I'm working on getting my cellphone bill reduced by ten or twelve bucks so I can pay it. If you need me, leave a message.

Or you can check out the officail Mr. E myspace.

Yet another post, what's going on?

It's #@$%ing freezing outside. I'm not even kidding. I got up at like 8:10 and took my shower, got dressed in a long sleeve button down shirt and my olive green khaki's and ran outside to get to the car. If my steps were wet I might have fallen on ice. It was that cold!

Last night we had AWANA at church. Prior to that I was listening to the musical "She Loves Me". The Croswell Opera House is performing it during Valentines Weekend. Auditions are December 8th and 9th. It's a very cute show and I'm going to go out for it, finances permitting. The movie "You've Got Mail" was based on this play. It is a musical, so I'll be excited to possibly do that.

On the home front, I have choir tonight. This weekend is a possible Cedar Point trip... Again, finances permitting. That church youth group is going, so maybe we can hop in with them and go. There would be a lot of people, but that would be even more fun! We may also hang out with our opera singing friend and her crazy sister. On top of those two things, we may also spend time with the Party of Five family, the Werners.

It's crazy, we're finally getting to the point where we hang out with people, and now that the wife's at school we can only do it on the weekends.

And we're supposed to visit people too?

Lend Me an Alto, We've Already Got 3 Tenors

Hi.

Yesterday was a wild adventure. I got to hang out with Mrs. Nichols, Vicki last night. We met up with some friends from my high school days.

Todd S., Jason B., Jason's friend Michael, Leah C., and myself.

Quite the group. Two who travel around and do shows on cruise ships, one who auditioned for the Chicago Met Opera, and an accomplished pianist. Then there was me...the banker/grocier who just knew them.

I arrived at 8:30 and we sat in the living room and talked for about 30 minutes. Then we moved into the piano room. Todd has at least ten shelves of music on different book cases. I know music from maybe three of those books.

After about an hour I found the Assassins music selection book. Assassins is a dark comedy about the former assassins of American history interaction as they meet up with eachother and carry out their assassinations through the show. I sang two songs from that show while the other four sang just about any song from any show that I've not heard of. It was good too! All together we(they) sang for about 2 and 1/2 hours. Then some show was on that they wanted to watch about doctors.

So we watched that. Todd made cookies. I dropped 3/4 of my first cookie right into my cup as I was attempting to eat it. I didn't make a mess, so that was a good thing. Then Todd called someone and talked for a while. Jason and Michael were talking about doing the shows out at Cedar Point. Then Todd disappeared into the hot tub, Jason and Michael followed, and Leah started to watch Desperate Housewives. So that was my cue to exit. Time: 12:26 a.m.

Went home, called the wife!

Then sleep and now I'm here. Wendesdays at this bank are for the most part cat nap days. Long and uneventful. I'm feeling hungry and I've already had four servings of water. Trying to keep the weight off I lost from doing the show. I guess we'll see what happens after this weekend.

Monday Morning Hangover

No, I haven't been drinking.
Not my style.
I'm just kind of an idiot when I do things.

The Full Monty is complete. An awesome run. The best show I've ever done. It was totally great. The people, the show, the audiences, the reviews.

Unbelievable...

Then today.

No more show. Slow day at work. It's raining and Kori's going back to O.S.U. for the week. And I requested every night off this week from Kroger.

Looks like somebody's got a case of the Mondays.
